Aura serenantis plena fauoris opem.

Fauour encreaseth loues force.

The flame doth more encrease by blowing of the wynd,
So the sweet breath of loue in kynd woords vttred foorth,
Encreaseth loue the more, and makes it more of woorth,
Loue not by fauour fed can no encreasing fynd.

Per fauore cresce Amore.

Het vuur krijgt nieuwe kracht door het blazen van de wind, als mijn Meesteres me aanblaast, zal ikzelf nieuwe kracht krijgen. Inspireer daarom bereidwillig mijn pogingen, laat een bries vol stralende sympathie me hulp bieden.

The fire resumes strenght by the blowing of the wind, if my Mistress blows at me, I myself will resume new strenght. Therefore readily blow at my efforts, let a breeze full of bright favour help me.
