vormen van liefde bouwen twee steden: de liefde voor God Jeruzalem, de liefde
voor de wereld Babylon. Ieder moet zich daarom afvragen wat hij liefheeft en
hij zal vinden waar hij thuis is. |
Waar
uw schat is, daar is ook uw hart. Wilt u weten waar uw schat is? Let op wat u
liefhebt. Wilt u weten wat u liefhebt? Let op waar uw gedachten naar uitgaan.
Dit is immers waar uw schat is. |
Je
geweten zal je zeggen welke wil je in zijn greep heeft, of hij oneerbaar is of
zuiver. |
