L'une moitie ne peut sans l'autre.
D'ou vient, Nimphe des eaux, amoureuse Salmace,
Que tirant forcement l'Androigne en ton sein,
Il devint aussi tot d'un double sexe humain,
Ayant au corps viril joinct la pucelle grace?
Mes Salmacides eaux, sont ceux doisiveté,
Qui font d'un cœur viril, un corps effeminé.
